Cos d'Estournel is one of the best chateaus in Saint Estephe, an area in the heart of the left bank of Bordeaux, a paradise for Cabernet Sauvignon; in this wine we also find a part of Merlot whose proportion varies according to the climatic conditions of the harvest. Vinification and aging obviously take place in barriques.

Chateau Cos d'Estournel is a very traditional Saint Estephe, therefore a grim and closed wine in the early years but which over time opens splendidly and becomes pure enjoyment!

The evolutionary potential is really important, it can be safely preserved for several decades.
