This is the case of "Sorì di Giul", a pure freisa from Tenuta Santa Caterina, which thanks to a careful selection in the vineyard and an aging in large barrels of almost 2 years gives a great wine, halfway between austerity of Nebbiolo and the pleasantness of Barbera.

Freisa Sorì by Giul Tenuta Santa Caterina has complex aromas of spices and red fruits and a structured and persistent sip make this wine a perfect companion for very tasty meat dishes.
