Testamatta Bibi Graetz is a pure Sangiovese, an assembly of grapes from different vineyards scattered around the Siena area, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. The spontaneous fermentation takes place in open barriques and the extraction is stimulated by 6-8 manual punching down per day; this is followed by 30 months of aging in cask.

A tasty and pleasant Sangiovese, the fruit emerges with intensity and is not overwhelmed by the wood, which on the contrary is well integrated and gives roundness.
