Rocca d'Orcia "Villaggio" Podere Forte is produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes.

It is produced with the younger vines of the various plots of the company and is intended to represent Rocca d'Orcia in its purest version.

Podere Forte Village is a biodynamic organic red wine, respectful of the living soils of this land.

The spontaneous fermentations in a French oak vat are followed by the malolactic fermentation in the barrel, and the refinement, still in the barrel, continues for the following 14-16 months to end after 6-8 months in the bottle.

With ruby red reflections, fresh and savory, Villaggio Podere Forte is a rustic and elegant wine at the same time. Spicy notes are integrated on the nose with floral and red fruit hints. In the mouth it is taut, with pleasant tannins that give great pleasure in drinkability.
