The Monica di Sardegna Superiore Iselis Argiolas wine, after vinification in steel tanks, undergoes a brief refinement in cement vats.

Iselis a wine that combines a spicy and peppery part, typical of the vine, with softer and fruitier hints; on the palate it is very pleasant, with sweet and silky tannins and a hint of freshness that dampens the large alcohol content. If you are brave, try it with Casu Marzu.
