Impostino is the most representative wine of Tenuta L'Impostino.

It is produced with 80% Sangiovese combined with Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Vinified in concrete tanks, aged for 18 months in large oak barrels.

Montecucco Impostino Riserva Tenuta l'Impostino is a wine which on the nose, in addition to the typical aromas of red fruit, reveals a minty and balsamic note which makes the bouquet broad and complex, warm in the mouth, the softness is balanced by a dense tannin and a vibrant freshness, with a long savory and aromatic finish.
