Aglianico "Terra d'Eclano" 2021 75 cl Quintodecimo

Terra d'Eclano is a pure Aglianico, produced by Quintodecimo with grapes from five different vineyards that complement each other perfectly, giving rise to a harmonious wine in all its components.

The harvest is carried out manually in small 15 kg boxes starting from mid-October, at full phenolic maturation. After a careful selection of the grapes, the pressed grapes ferment for 15-20 days at 28-30° C. The refinement takes place in 50% new oak barriques for 12 months.

On the nose you first encounter notes of fruit, plum and berries and then spicy hints of liquorice and coffee, followed by a balsamic finish; balsamicity that is also found in full, for an overall seductive and captivating wine.

The Aglianico Terra d'Eclano Quintodecimo is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately and which will give splendid surprises to those who wait!
