Pinot Noir "Tradition" is a mountain wine produced by Maison Anselmet, one of the most historic companies in Val d'Aosta.

The vineyards are nestled between the mountains and reach up to 800 meters above sea level, with a perfect microclimate for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The vinification takes place in French style, with the use of a part of the whole bunch and subsequent aging in barrique for 10 months.

Tradition Anselmet is a fresh and fragrant pinot noir, with aromas of blackcurrant and wild strawberry and a balsamic finish, the sip is extremely fine and elegant, with a marked flavor that emerges on the finish and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
