With the "Pruviniano" collection, Domini Veneti wants to enhance the oldest and most suitable vineyards in the Marano Valley, in Valpolicella.

Amarone Pruviniano Domini Veneti is produced according to the traditional style, with a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, a long drying of the grapes in the fruit cellar and aging in oak barrels for 18 months.

It is a powerful and intense wine, with fruity and spicy hints, on the palate it reveals itself with a warm and opulent sip, of great structure and softness.

Perfect to pair with braised meats, roast meats, mature cheeses.
