The Rosso Toscana "Permassimo" Tenuta Prima Pietra is a wine produced in a few thousand bottles and dedicated to Massimo Ferragamo, owner of the estate.

It comes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, selected from the best estate vineyards. Refines for 18 months in first passage wood.

"Permassimo" Tenuta Prima Pietra is a wine of great quality, the fruit emerges impetuous on the nose and is accompanied by tobacco and leather, with balsamic nuances; warm and powerful on the palate, fine and well-worked tannin guarantees a juicy and satisfying drink.

It requires a combination of depth, a dish of Volterrana tripe will enhance it even more.
