Prima Pietra Tenuta Prima Pietra is an elegant and balanced Tuscan red wine, with great refinement and an excellent structure.
This wine is made up of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot, its vineyards are located in Riparbella, in the province of Pisa, 450 meters above sea level and the soils are rich in skeleton and ferrous clays.
The vinification takes place in steel and concrete vats at a controlled temperature of 28°C, separately for each grape variety, where it rests for 20 days. The refinement lasts 18 months in 50% new French oak barriques. For the first 10 months each variety refines individually, then the blend is created and the refinement will continue for another 8 months.
The "Prima Pietra" wine has a bright and bright colour, it brings a broad and persistent aroma to the nose with crunchy and deep fragrances of red berries, refreshed by a pleasant balsamic finish. In the mouth it is refined, elegant and complex, silky with great persistence. Velvety and balanced tannins.
