Chateau Musar Rosso is the most identifying wine of Lebanon, a country with a great winemaking tradition; it is a wine made inspired by the great Bordeaux wines and the result is exceptional.
The grapes used are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsaut and Carignano. The winemaking takes place in concrete tanks, with spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 4 weeks, followed by 1 year of aging in barrique, 1 in concrete and 3 in the bottle.
The aging capacity of this wine is truly remarkable but even in its youth it can give emotions.
Gaston Hochar's Chateau Musar red wine is an explosion of aromas on the nose, from fruit to spice, from flower to toasting; on the palate it is majestic and its persistence memorable.
