Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2020 75 cl Pio Cesare
Pio CesarePio Cesare's Langhe Nebbiolo is a small masterpiece.
The grapes come from vineyards located in the Barolo and Barbaresco area (Diano d'Alba, La Morra, Collaretto and Lirano in Serralunga d'Alba and Rocche di Massalupo in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio) and give the wine a nobility and depth which are difficult to find in other wines of the same denomination.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with a long maceration of 20 days and subsequently the refinement takes place partly in barrique and partly in large barrels, for approximately 24 months.
The freshness and ease of drinking make this bottle a daily pleasure but the aromatic richness and its elegance also make it suitable for more important occasions; in short, it is always the right time to drink Pio Cesare's Nebbiolo!
