Pio Cesare's Barbaresco is a wine with a classic, refined and mature style.

Produced with the assembly of grapes from proprietary vineyards located in Treiso and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio; thus a complete and harmonious Barbaresco is obtained, which summarizes the typical characteristics of different municipalities. The vinification takes place in steel with long maceration of 25-30 days, and aging for approximately 3 years in large barrels and a small part in barrique.

Barbaresco Pio Cesare is a wine that delights both the nose and the palate, with a thousand facets that emerge upon olfactory examination and are found on the palate, with a savory and appropriately tannic sip, of extreme elegance.
