Refolà Le Vigne di San Pietro is a unique wine that maintains the Veronese tradition of drying the grapes to express the elegance and strength of Cabernet Sauvignon.

After a manual harvest, it passes 30 days of drying, subsequently the Cabernet grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks on the skins for 10 days. It is then transferred to new barriques for 12 months and 36 months in the bottle.

Refolà is perfect with baked lamb, spicy stews and seasoned and spicy cheeses.
