Produced in Martinique, this 2001 Millesimato Saint James agricultural rum is a pearl for connoisseurs. Entirely handmade, it is distilled several times in discontinuous stills and then aged in oak barrels for a few years. On the nose there is a perfect balance between sweet aromas of dates and honey and toasted notes of coffee and hazelnut; this harmony is also found on the palate, with an intense and soft sip and a long finish with notes of chocolate.
