The 25 Years Centenary rum is the most important product of the Flor de Cana Nicaraguan distillery. It ages 25 years in ex Bourbon barrels that give unique aromas and aromas to this distillate. The bouquet opens on notes of caramel and dried fruit, with hints of exotic fruit; on the palate these sweet scents are found, balanced by more bitter spicy and toasted notes, for a sip that is overall harmonious and persistent.
