Liberation Rhum Rhum rum is an agricultural rum produced in Marie Galante, in the Antilles produced by the distiller Capovilla.

It is obtained from an ancient variety of sugar cane which is now almost extinct. It is worked in a completely artisanal way and the quality level it reaches is excellent.

After distillation it rests for a year in steel and then spends a few years in oak barrels from the best companies in Burgundy.

An incredible rum, a point of reference in the agricultural world.
