The "Centenario" Rum from the Flor de Cana distillery is a Nicaraguan rum produced in the traditional way; it is aged for 12 years in ex Bourbon barrels which give the rum a soft and sweet taste. The aromas are intense and reminiscent of candied fruit and dried fruit, with notes of cocoa and coffee. On the palate the sweet notes are found, with a long persistence and a pleasant harmony of aromas and flavors.

 

Flor de Cana 12 years is a Rum produced in a sustainable way, distilled with 100% clean energy with zero CO2 impact, Fair Trade certified.
