Ferrari Perlè Trento DOC is an extremely rich and balanced vintage sparkling wine, with the typical freshness of Trentino wines. Aged for over 50 months on the lees, it releases sweet aromas of apple, honey, pineapple and sponge cake, in the mouth it is enriched with a light saline component, accompanied by notes of ripe apricot.

This Ferrari Perlè comes from vineyards, certified certified, of Chardonnay grapes that are grown in the mountains of Trentino, a land particularly suitable for a distant birth of bubbles of great elegance and structure.
Perlè is the label that best expresses the Ferrari tradition and the essence of mountain bubbles, produced exclusively with the Classic Method.
The harvest takes place at the end of the summer, when the grapes are ripe and ready to be told by hand and taken to the cellar to be pressed. After the first fermentation, the wine is enriched with finely selected sugars and yeasts and then starts the second fermentation in which the perlage develops. The refinement lasts over 50 months and takes place on selected yeasts.
The color of Ferrari Perlè is intense golden yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is multifaceted and extremely fine, with sweet aromas of ripe apple, sponge cake, pineapple, honey and savory biscuit. In the mouth it is rich and balanced, characterized by a saline component with a sweet finish with flavors of yellow-fleshed fruit.
