Although the world of Prosecco has become enormously industrialized, there are still small companies that work in an artisanal and sustainable way, and Le Vigne di Alice is one of these realities. Doro Nature is a Millesimè Valdobbiadene, fermented with indigenous yeasts and not dosed. In addition to the typical hints of apple and white flowers, interesting notes of spices and bread crust emerge; the sip enjoys a beautiful balance between freshness and flavor, and the lack of residual sugars only enhances the harmony of this wine.
