Extra Brut sparkling wine "Le General Dallemagne" is the reserve of Monfort, a Trento DOC of great depth that follows in the footsteps of the legendary Giulio Ferrari.

It is mainly composed of Chardonnay, to which a part of Pinot Noir is added; the grapes come from vineyards at altitude and the large temperature variations between day and night translate into a fresh wine, with a great aromatic depth.

Le General Dallemagne Monfort rests on the yeasts for 5 years and this gives the wine the structure and fatness that make it perfect for any meal, even with meat-based dishes.
