Tissot's Cremant du Jura is a bubble produced with the same method as champagne but in a different region, in Jura.
Only Pinot Noir grapes are used and the vinification of the base wine takes place in oak barrels. It then refines in the bottle for about 3 years and is not dosed at disgorgement.
Crémant du Jura Blanc de Noir Dosage Zéro by Tissot is a creamy and textural bubble, very intense on the nose, with notes of red fruits and light spicy hints. On the palate it has a vibrant acidity that gives it length and persistence, but also an important structure that fills the mouth and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
Definitely a bubble for any meal, also worth trying with long-mature cow's milk cheeses.
