The Vintage Collection Extra Brut Ca' del Bosco is a cuvée composed mainly of Chardonnay, followed by Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from certified organic vineyards. After 5 months in oak barrels, the refinement on its lees lasts for 4 years and confirms itself as a point of reference for the denomination.

The Franciacorta Vintage Collection Extra Brut is thus a complex, noble sparkling wine with elegant, fruity and floral aromas that blend with evolving notes of pastry and dried fruit.
