Palazzo Lana Extreme Riserva Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from two vineyards: Brolo, overlooking Palazzo Lana and Quindicipiò located in the hills, in Borgonato.
The harvest begins during the second decade of August, after a soft and progressive squeezing, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. A part is then transferred to oak barrels in contact with the yeasts, after 9 years it completes its refinement and is transferred to the bottle, where it remains for a further 6 months.
The Palazzo Lana Extreme is straw yellow with a very fine perlage, the aromas recall yellow-fleshed fruits and candied orange, in the mouth it is fresh and clean, mineral and with a persistent finish.
