Aged for over 50 months on selected yeasts, the color of Ferrari Perlè is intense golden yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is multifaceted and extremely fine, with sweet aromas of ripe apple, sponge cake, pineapple, honey and savory biscuit. In the mouth it is rich and balanced, characterized by a saline component with a sweet finish with flavors of yellow-fleshed fruit.
