Oro Cabanon is a very ambitious sweet wine; obtained with the same blend of sauternes, Sauvignon, Semillon and Muscadelle.

Produced only in the best years, Oro by Cabanon begins its late harvest in October, with a high concentration of sugars in the grapes and healthy skins.

After a 3-month drying of the grapes in the loft, it is vinified and left to ferment in 5 hl oak tonneau finally aged 3 years in barrique.

Oro Cabanon has an ancient golden yellow color, complex on the nose and on the palate, the sauvignon gives that vegetable and herbaceous touch that balances the large residual sugar very well; to try with a selection of blue cheeses!
