Torcolato di Breganze 2021 37.5 cl Maculan

The Torcolato di Breganze Maculan is a dessert wine created with 100% Vespaiola grapes. The vineyards are located on the hills of Breganze with volcanic and tufaceous soils.

The carefully selected Vespaiola grapes undergo drying in the loft for four months and refine for a year in French oak barrels for 1/3 new and 2/3 second passage.

Brilliant golden yellow is the color of this Torcolato Maculan. The nose expresses an intense bouquet with notes of honey, flowers, vanilla and noble woods. On the palate it is sweet and full, with a good body and an excellent balance between acidity and sugars.

Torcolato Maculan is a wine to be paired with small dry pastries or typical Venetian sweets, such as the “fregolota”. Also to be tried with medium or long-aged cheeses, such as Asiago Stravecchio, or blue-veined with intense flavors.
