Cristina is the flagship wine of the Roeno farm, in the heart of the Veronese Valdadige.

Cristina Roeno is a sweet wine produced with 4 different grape varieties, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Traminer and Sauvignon and all the grapes are harvested in overripe conditions.

Fermentation occurs separately for all vines and is interrupted early to leave a sugar residue; we then proceed to the final assembly, ready to rest in steel tanks for approximately 2 years.

The Cristina Roeno Late Harvest is a wine of great sweetness and density, with a very intense aromatic imprint that leads to notes of tropical fruit. Ideal with cream-based desserts but also suitable for fatty and blue cheeses.

In 2012 it was elected "sweet wine of the year" by Gambero Rosso.
