Barolo "Rocche di Castiglione" Roagna is produced with grapes from a very small parcel of 0.5 hectares in the homonymous cru, recently purchased by Roagna; it follows that the bottles produced are very few and it is a pity given the exceptional quality.

The vinification follows the company's classic style, with spontaneous fermentation and long submerged cap maceration, followed by 5 years of aging in large barrels.

The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione Roagna is an amazing wine, certainly capable of aging splendidly and son of a vintage, the 2017, which is only now starting to open up.
