La Côte aux Enfants is a 4-hectare plot that was patiently put together (from successive acquisitions) between 1926 and 1934 by Jacques Bollinger himself.

Today, the Maison Bollinger pays tribute to the latter's visionary spirit, unveiling its first single-plot cuvée: La Côte aux Enfants Champagne.

Champagne La Côte aux Enfants Bollinger is a 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru d'Aÿ wine. The refinement lasts about 10 years and a dosage of 8 grams per litre.

Intense gold in color, on the nose we find a generous, floral champagne with toasted notes and aromas of dried fruit, ending with hints of honey and cinnamon. The palate is full of fruity flavors of acacia honey and spices.
