Amarone della Valpolicella "Tre Terre" 2013 75 cl Quintarelli
QuintarelliNews from Quintarelli: the Amarone della Valpolicella "Tre Terre" Giuseppe Quintarelli was born.
This is a project of a stylistic nature, the creation of a new Amarone, aiming for a different taste from its classic Amarone as we know it.
The grapes for Amarone Tre Terre Quintarelli come from 3 different municipalities: Negrar, Marano and Sant'Ambrogio. The peculiarity was the addition of a greater quantity of grapes coming from the "Conca d'Oro" vineyard of Sant'Ambrogio which, due to altitude (about 350 m above sea level), exposure and age of the vines is the one that gives grapes with greater dryness and tannin.
The resulting wine is therefore endowed with cherry aromas, with a pepper spiciness characteristic of the territory. The tannin and acidity are marked and the overall sensation is that of a rather dry, masculine and "barolean" Amarone.
The Amarone "Tre Terre" Quintarelli is an Amarone with a new style, which fascinates!
