The Whiskey Peat and Sherry Elements of Islay is a blended malt whiskey produced by combining two Islay single malts aged in ex Sherry Oloroso casks.

The brackish and iodine trait, typical of peaty wines, is very intense but the passage in ex sherry casks softens it, giving it more roundness and spicy hints. Bottling at full strength, on the other hand, helps to bring back a tougher and more grumpy trait to the whisky.

Exceptional product, certainly created for peat lovers but which will satisfy everyone.
