Ideal to enjoy on slices of crusty bread and butter, or with burrata.
The limited series comes from the selection of larger caliber fish, purchased mainly from the ports of Santoña and Laredo in the spring months, when the quality is at its highest levels. Only the freshest anchovies caught at dawn are chosen. They arrive at the port and are processed after a maximum of 4 hours. After the cleaning treatments, they rest in the cellar for aging for 8 to 12 months, depending on their size.
The tasty fillets obtained, processed entirely by hand by expert and selected personnel, are characterized by very high quality and limited quantities. As a quality seal, each box will bear the name of the final controller.
Ingredients:

Store in a cold place, between +5° and +10°C. Once the tin has been opened, keep the anchovies covered in oil, store in the refrigerator and consume the product within a few days.
