Since the 2018 vintage, Veuve Clicquot's chef de cave has opted for a clear change of pace, composing La Grande Dame with almost only Pinot Noir, 92% versus 8% Chardonnay.

The grapes come only from grand cru vines, matured on the lees for 9 years and is dosed at 6 g / l.

The citrus and freshness of Chardonnay emerge on the nose while in the mouth it is an explosion of taste and power, a champagne rich in matter that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
