La Jolie Fillette is a champagne produced by Maison Philippe Gilbert, founded by the Italian Giulio Menegatti and dedicated to the great cycling champion.

The Premier Cru La Jolie Fillette Philippe Gilbert is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The vineyards are located in the southern part of the Reims mountains between the villages of Ay and Dizy. The soil is characterized by calcareous marl, very important for guaranteeing a water reserve during the months of drought.

Vertical champagne, fine and crunchy, a balanced and very pleasant bubble, suitable for all palates. The brut dosage smooths out the harshness and gives a soft and round sip, for a perfect champagne as an aperitif.
