Dom Ruinart rosé is a truly exceptional champagne.

Composed for 80% of Chardonnay coming from the best Grand Cru of the Cote des Blancs and of the Montagne de Reims and of 20% of Pinot Noir which is vinified in red. After 12 years of aging on the lees, it is disgorged and dosed at 4.5 g / l.

Dom Ruinart rosè is a majestic champagne, with notes of small red fruits and tropical fruit, mineral and chalky hints of extreme finesse; it enters delicate on the palate and then explodes, with a very long savory finish.

Try it for a high level aperitif along with canapes with fresh spring onion, sour cream and caviar.
