Barrua is a Sardinian red wine obtained from native vines present in the Sulcis area and aged in barrique for 18 months and a further 12 months in bottle. The nose is characterized by intense aromas of black cherry and spicy hints, with notes of myrtle and licorice as a background. The entrance on the palate is warm and soft, with a velvety tannin that makes the sip enveloping and makes the drink pleasant and bewitching.
