Le Gonnare Motta Fabio is a superior Bolgheri produced with 85% Merlot and 15% Syrah and represents the flagship product of Fabio Motta. Harvested by hand, it ferments with indigenous yeasts and then ages in barrique for 18 months, before a further year in the bottle. The fruity notes of Merlot are perfectly integrated with the more spicy and peppery ones of Syrah, for a harmonious and captivating bouquet; the sip is soft and structured, with a juicy and very inviting drink.
