Lupicaia di Castello del Terriccio is the flagship wine of the company, or rather the wine that has made the company known in the world.

Its name originates from the homonymous hill where wolves were traditionally sighted.

Lupicaia comes from the attention and care taken in all the processes of its production, such as the manual selection of the best bunches of the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Merlot 10%, Petit-Verdot 5% and aging in new Allier barriques. .

On the nose the wine shows aromas of currant, a balsamic minerality and hints of spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, rich and structured: a wine for aging and meditation.

Served between 16 and 18 degrees, it can be paired with dishes such as grilled meats, dishes rich in mushrooms, meat with chocolate sauce and aged cheeses.
