In 2019 Alessandro Mori produced a special version of his Rosso di Montalcino, dedicated to his son Jacopo.

Rosso di Montalcino "Jacopo" il Marroneto is a small Brunello, a pure Sangiovese that ages for a few months in large oak barrels and is the visiting card of Il Marroneto, a historic Montalcino company that has been a point of reference for the denomination for years.

Delicate notes of cherry and red currant emerge on the nose, followed by hints of tobacco and cocoa; on the palate it is warm and persuasive, with an extremely pleasant drink.
