Villa della Torre is a project to enhance the local varieties of Lake Garda, wanted by the Allegrini family.

This Valpolicella Classico Superiore Villa della Torre, obtained from Corvina and Corvinone grapes, best expresses the peculiarities of its terroir.

The vinification takes place in steel and the wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle.

On the palate it is soft but with a fresh and savory vein that gives tension to the sip, making it very pleasant and never cloying.
