The Podere "La Grola" represents, starting from the ancient legend that wants the Corvina grape to have been born right on this stupendous hill, the place chosen "to make wine" and, as always, the symbolic vineyard of the Valpolicella Classica.

Grola Allegrini is a wine that comes from Corvina and Oseleta grapes; after fermentation in steel, aging begins in second passage French oak barriques for 16 months and 2 months in Slavonian barrels.

La Grola is a fragrant red wine with a great personality. On the nose the aromas are enveloping with hints of blackcurrant, coffee, juniper and tobacco. Indicated to accompany dishes based on red meats and roasts. Perfect next to mushrooms and aged cheeses.
