The Rosso Veneto IGT "Appassimento Rosso" Domini Veneti is a small Amarone.

The varieties used are the same, the autochthonous Corvina 60%, Corvinone 15% and Rondinella 15%, and they too are subjected to a period of drying in the loft for 60 days; the difference is the maturation period, here much shorter than the classic Amarone. This allows to give a leaner and lighter structure to the wine, not forgetting the great aromatic complexity given by the drying of the grapes.

The Appassimento Rosso Domini Veneti is therefore a very versatile wine, easy to drink and inviting and with a great richness of aromas and flavours.
