Amarone della Valpolicella 2016 75 cl Monte dei Ragni
Monte dei RagniMonte dei Ragni is a small reality located in Marenga, in the municipality of Fumane.
It produces wines in an artisanal way, remaining faithful to tradition and the territory; authentic and lively, dynamic wines.
Amarone della Valpolicella is the flagship product of Monte dei Ragni; the grapes used are the classic Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. The drying of the bunches takes place in the fruit cellar and lasts 5 months, while the vinification takes place in large tonneaus where the wine rests for the following 36 months (minimum).
Amarone della Valpolicella Monte dei Ragni is an incredible red wine, close to the myths of Quintarelli and Dal Forno Romano; impossible to list all the notes that emerge from the glass, there are too many, a wine with infinite persistence and a pleasantness and silkiness that is almost impossible to find in this category of wines.
