Il Rientro La Giuva is a Valpolicella Superiore DOC that expresses the typical characteristics of drying, combined with a unique freshness!

The drying of the grapes lasts 30 days, to then ferment at a constant temperature of 22/24°C. After the malolactic fermentation, this wine is combined in equal parts with fresh Valpolicella to create the "Rientro" which will be aged for at least 12 months in oak barriques.

The Rientro La Giuva wine opens with aromas of spices with a subtle sweetness, which on the finish recall licorice and close the tasting by "reentering", as only great wines do.
