The "Commendatore" is a 100% Syrah produced in the hinterland of Arezzo in a natural way, with spontaneous fermentations and without the addition of sulphites. The aging of 18 months in barrique gives this red wine roundness and structure, with an aromatic range rich in fruity and spicy notes and a savory and tasty sip, with a present but silky tannin. Perfect in combination with traditional Tuscan meat-based dishes or aged cheeses.
