This is one of the very rare expressions of Canaiolo in purity, and only a small reality and lover of challenges (often won) like Pàcina could dare so much.

Produced in a totally natural way, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, Canaiolo Pacina is a fresh and slender wine, with a smooth and pleasant drink. Refines in oak barrels for 10 months and another 2 months in the bottle.

Fruity and spicy notes are perceived on the nose while the savory vein stands out on the palate which gives tension and persistence, a wine that will amaze your friends.
