"Lampante" is a Montefalco red reserve produced by Tenuta Castelbuono, owned by the Lunelli family.
A wine created from the best selections of 70% Sangiovese, 15% Sagrantino and 15% Cabernet and Merlot, from the "Le Fonti" and "Saraceno" vineyards in Bevagna.
Lampante Tenuta Castelbuono is a certified organic wine that ages in the heart of Carapace, the estate's cellar, for 18 months in tonneau and 12 months in bottle.
This is an intriguing, soft and elegant wine with sweet notes of spices and balsamic nuances against graphite mineral backgrounds. A structured and vigorous wine that will surprise you with its ease of drinking despite important and almost aggressive tannins.
Elegant and refined, perfect to drink with tagliolini with hare sauce.
