It is not easy to make a great Pinot Noir outside Burgundy, anonymous wines are often found; however, this is not the case because Alessandro Cellai, oenologist and owner of Podere Monastero, has found a perfect terroir for this vine that has given us this fantastic "La Pineta".

Pure Pinot Noir produced in Castellina in Chianti. Fermented in wooden vats and aged for 12 months in barriques. It displaces for its finesse and aromatic richness, it is silky and sapid on the palate with a long mineral finish.
